It was a weekend to forget about for your Charleswood Hawks as they ended up on the wrong side of the score for the second time this weekend after being defeated by the Jets on Sunday afternoon in Stonewall. Hunter Ploszay stood tall for the Jets turning away 32 Charleswood shots to record the W. The Jets got it started early in the first on Chance Dickenson’s 9th of the year and never looked back in this one. They added 2 more in the third before Noah Robidoux put away his 13th of the year on a pass from Reg Bowles late in the third to take the shutout away from Ploszay. The Hawks look to change their fortunes when they get back on the ice this coming Friday the 23rd against the Riels at the Coy with a 7:30pm puck drop.
