Make it Eight Straight!

Your Charleswood Hawks made it eight straight on Sunday night in Morris with a narrow 2-1 decision over the Pembina Valley Twisters. Spencer Ferbers continued his hot streak with the opening goal of the game for the second time this weekend on the powerplay on a pass from Sean Robinson. The Twisters then managed to tie it up under a minute later on a goal by Alex Tetrault. The Hawks turned the Morris Recreation Complex into a shooting gallery in the second firing a ridiculous 21 shots at the Twisters Travis Klassen, but were unable to light the lamp. At the other end of the rink Ben Thorlakson held the fort for the Hawks until Noah Robidoux netted the game winner 6:36 into the third period.
