In a rare Tuesday night affair at the Coy your Charleswood Hawks continued their winning ways with a dramatic 4-3 win over the Transcona Railer Express. The Hawks took it to the Railer Express early in this one with numerous opportunities in the first. Spencer Ferbers opened the scoring on the powerplay midway through the first period, which was followed up just 67 seconds later on a nifty 2-on-1 give and go by Mitch Justl on a feed from Max Gardiner. Despite the 2-0 score, the Railer Express had numerous opportunities that Ben Thorlakson managed to shut the door on.  Transcona finally managed to get on the board late in the second with a rocket of a shot by Nik Kowalski.  The Railer Express kept it coming and tied the game less than 2 minutes later on a Kelby Picard marker to close out the second.  Early in the third the visitors took the lead on a bad angle shot by Noah Skorpad.  The Hawks who were fairly quiet since the first period got back on the scoresheet when Reg Bowles managed to poke one by Railer Express goaltender Connor Shaw at the 4:18 mark of the third period.  The Hawks kept up the pressure in the third managing to direct 16 shots toward the Transcona net.  And then with only 3:08 left in the third on a innocent looking shot from the blue line, Dylan Zeke scored to put the red and black ahead for good.
