The Hawks are at home for a set of games this coming weekend with a 7:30pm start on both nights.  First on Friday, they take on the 8-6-0 Junior Vics for the second time this year. Last time these two foes met the red and black managed to squeak out a 2-1 win to open up the season. Coming into this one the Hawks have been on a tear with 3 straight shutout victories courtesy of Ryan Hall. While the visitors are coming in after a 6-5 victory over the Railer Express last Sunday that saw 2016-17 League MMJHL MVP Riley Beauchemin net 4 goals along with a pair of helpers. This should be a noisy one folks as it is the ever popular digger night where the all-stars of the Rob/West Tourney are the guests of honour!

Visiting on Sunday is the sixth place St.Boniface Riels who are looking to get back into the win column after a hot start to the campaign. Last time these two met was a Monday night affair back in October that saw the Hawks Riley Gilmore get the game winner with just 1:43 left in the third.  The Bombers will have demolished the Eskimos well before puck drop, so what better way to make it a Sunday sports doubleheader!
